4Phones RMA & Warranty Policy 

At 4Phones, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, please review our warranty and return conditions below. 
 

What is a Warranty? 

A warranty is a promise that a product will work as expected for a set period. If it has manufacturing defects, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, as per the warranty terms. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, or improper installation. 
 

What is RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)? 

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is the process for returning products due to defects, incorrect shipments, or other eligible issues. Customers must submit an RMA request through their account, receive approval, and follow the return instructions. Each return is inspected before a resolution (refund, replacement, or credit) is provided.

An RMA allows customers to return defective or incorrect products. Requests must be submitted online, approved, and follow return instructions. After inspection, a refund, replacement, or credit is issued. 
 

What is Covered Under Warranty? 

We offer warranties based on product categories: 

What is Not Covered by Warranty? 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • ❌ Installed products that were not tested beforehand
  • Bent, torn, or damaged flex cables ❌ Physical damage, improper use, or tampering
  • Accidental damage or defects caused by mishandling
  • ❌ Any non-4Phones product 

 

General Return Conditions 

  • The RMA request must be registered in your account before returning a product. 
  • Test the product before installation. We verify if a product was tested before being installed. 
  • Clearly mark the return as RMA shipment on the box for faster processing. 
  • Return items in original condition and packaging. A damaged or incomplete product may be rejected or lead to a partial refund. 
  • Protective foils and labels must remain intact until installation is confirmed. 
  • Refunds are based on the current or old value(whichever is lower) or will be exchanged for a replacement. 

 

How to Avoid Rejected RMAs? 

To ensure your return is approved, please follow these best practices: 

  • Test Before Installation – All products should be tested before installation.
  • Handle Flex Cables with Care – Avoid bending or improper placement.
  • Keep Protective Foils & Labels On – Do not remove them until the product is confirmed for use.
  • Pack Properly- Send back the products with proper protective packaging
