How to Make a Warranty Claim 

  1. Submit a Request: Log in to your 4Phones account and file a warranty claim 
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product issue, and any supporting photos 
  3. Get Authorization: We'll review your claim within 2 business days 
  4. Return Instructions: If approved, you'll receive RMA details and shipping instructions 
  5. Resolution: After inspection, we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate 

 

Important Warranty Notes 

  • Always test products immediately upon receipt before installation 
  • Keep original packaging and protective materials until installation 
  • Warranty period begins from date of purchase 
  • Proof of purchase required for all claims 
  • Warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners
